You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion through leading and organizing all marketing efforts. Essentially, you will be the digital face of the company through the use of content creation, social media, advertising, and forums. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
 
Responsibilities
The Creative Specialist is responsible for:
General

Oversight of the company’s look and feel in all media
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Be a constant champion of the company locally and online
Style guide adherence and updates
Building/Increasing Social Media reputation
Development of gear and other assets (e.g., apparel, etc.)

Marketing execution against KPIs and timelines

Lead on creative design and copy
Lead on video shooting and editing
Help manage social media platforms, post daily, and analyze results
Direct marketing (emails, other) execution
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends and report findings and strategy
Assist with SEO and search engine ranking through content updates on websites

Sales team support

Coordinate closely with Sales on how to align efforts between sales and marketing
Create and nurture relationships with vendors to cross-promote content
Marketing communications including collateral, show materials, other
Product promotion and campaign content which could be daily
Email Blasts, Videos, Creatives, Website Material, Blog Posts
Help improve customer’s digital experience

Leadership

Creation of policy and strategy for ambassadors to represent our brand and company.
Update email database with accurate information to target appropriately
Asset organization and management
All camera and video equipment
Files (organizational system)
Event management

Schedule:
Typically you will be expected to work from M-F from 9 AM to 6 PM with a 1-hour lunch*
You will need to attend 6-12 shows/events annually for the company*
Performance and Compensation Review:
An annual meeting between Director and employee, and at other times as needed

Qualifications required:

Degree in Advertising (Digital), Marketing or Creative Design
Professional experience in Social Media, Email Campaign, Photography, Graphic Design
SEM/SEO, Google Analytics/Ad words experience
A clear understanding of proper grammar, spelling, and math and basic computer skills/typing
Demonstrable experience in marketing tools

Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)

Additional desired qualifications:

Aftermarket automotive performance industry knowledge and experience
Portfolio or Proven Results of Ability
